Many feminine work bags have the shape of a handbag. They don't fit much and don't have much structure. I've been looking for a rectangular bag for so long that will stand on its own and still look feminine or at least neutral. It meets all the criteria. I get compliments on the bag all the time. I was initially a bit disappointed that there is also no leather strap for a bag of this price, but to be honest this strap probably holds up better and doesn't look out of place. Trust me I checked and for a bag that goes with everything, including a padded laptop compartment, stands on its own and looks great this bag is perfect.
