I am a solar freak and have several other solar powered chargers and they all work well, one with a built in battery that will fail sooner or later which means I still have fun with it One, which charges the external battery holder which works great and the batteries can be replaced if they fail, a good point but it takes a little longer to charge due to the small size of the panel. They worked great for 5 weeks out west, mainly in the desert, keeping the phone and camera battery charged under bright skies and with gentle use. I got a 13w Eceen charger today and under a foggy sky it charged my phone as fast as if it was plugged into an AC power source. Very impressive, well made, good size and if hung there with no problems my beach freak kids and offspring will get one from Santa for all their electronic gadgets. It will be a plus for cycling and a little ingenuity for charging the battery on rainy days.
