Fits just right! I purchased this in grey M. I am 5'7 and 37 weeks pregnant currently weighing 155lbs. Size B chest. I bought this to take to the hospital and for breastfeeding after my baby is born. It fits just right, as it is snug at the breast (not too snug) and flowing below. It covers my pregnant belly and still reaches to right above my knees. I believe it will also fit perfectly after baby is born. I purchased this specifically for the top cups, breastfeeding should be very easy in this gown without a nursing bra. Straps are adjustable but just my luck it arrived with no adjustments needed. The quality is very nice. Soft and not too thin or see through. I'm very pleased with my purchase and looked at many other before deciding on this one. I would definitely buy again.
