A few of the small gold ties on the top were pulled out of the pockets and the two pockets on the bottom were fully open (the seams were torn), but I bought a small amount in excess of what I really needed, so that's what it was helped. doesn't affect how I use them in any way, just thought it was worth mentioning. They could easily be remedied. Overall very happy with this product. I will be using the leftovers for small gifts for years to come as the bags are really pretty and great for gifting or for storing jewellery, seldom used keys or other knick knacks.
