For Halloween (Steve Urkel)
I bought these for my 11 year old son. He's about 4ft 7in tall and weighs 78lbs (tall and lean). It was Steve Urkel so we got them for his costume. They match the costume perfectly. He could pull his pants very high and wear suspenders. We had to pull up the suspenders but they held his pants perfectly. The clamps on them worked very well and they never came off. I definitely recommend it.
