I've listened to all the reviews to go down a size and bought 1. Not sure what's here loose, but when I shrunk, it was too tight for her. I returned her and bought her a regular size 2 and she fit well. So I don't know if they fixed it or what, but I'd say start with your normal size. If it doesn't work, return them. At Revain, giving back is very easy. The shoes themselves appear to be of good quality. They're a bit stiff on the heel at the moment (so I've put a 4, I'll bump it up to a 5 as they get more comfortable), we force them to wear tights until hopefully they loosen up a bit.
