Impact on their weight. This is quite a set of headphones. You get then and you might be a little underwhelmed. Why is this? Well, those are some bass-deficient headphones. They're a decibel or two below what I consider "good enough". You can't add more bass to them either. This is because the crossovers built into the headphones cut the bass at around 80Hz. So is there a Sabbas? Yes, but a little. What makes these headphones so monstrous is simple: the mids and highs are very detailed. As an owner of great headphones, I was surprised to hear completely new things in songs I know very well. They make you want to check out their collection of reference songs and see what they make of it. High and mid frequencies are not sharp at all. No staring or hissing. However, they do get a little tiring after about an hour. Probably because of the sound signature. So who are these headphones for? Well, obviously not for bassheads. I think almost every listener other than bassists will find them very, very satisfying. You will enjoy hearing many new sounds brought forth by this set. This will be addictive. Fit was fine. Not super comfortable, but good enough.
