This product arrived on time when I bought it, the picture showed a pink handle but it arrived with a gray handle, not that big a problem but be You prepared if you are attached to the color pink. The bristles are surprisingly soft, and how hard you squeeze them will determine how deep you need to clean. It leaves my face feeling sparkling, clean and very soft! After using it for 3 weeks I noticed my dull skin was more radiant and after 5 weeks my skin was definitely glowing and some of the lines on my forehead were less noticeable! My skin is prone to breakouts and it seems to help in that area as well. I use this brush with antibacterial glycerine soap and clean it after each use. I have noticed in some reviews that people found it difficult to use a brush with a handle, the handle is actually made as a brush stand so it can stand up and dry rather than laying it down and potentially damaging the bristles or not drying fully . They actually hold the rounded back of the brush head and not the handle portion. This gives you better control over how much pressure you apply. I like strong pressure to really clean out my large pores, so I've noticed that some of the bristles are constantly bending. I've been using this for almost two months now and it can still be used with a pair of curved bristles but I'll probably be replacing it for 6-8 months. Still not bad for the price, will definitely buy again.
