
It's really helping my gerda and the reflux and the pain and pressure in my lungs from this and from smoking for 30 years (nonsense I know) but it is a bit hard to stay on it now and then so I put a nice fluffy pillow on it. Better on your side if you have a body pillow or even a big king size pillow so you don't roll off or fall over when sleeping on your back. It's not so bad once you figure out what works best for you. I sleep on my side and on my back so I've finally figured out what works best for me. But overall it's MUCH better than anything I've tried! I wish it wasn't that hard but maybe over time it will soften up a bit and it will help slide down or down (depending on how you sleep) and as I said it really does help with the issues mentioned above solve. !
