Nice silhouette/style but bad fabric (pills, driftwood and weird swimsuit)

My 6 year old daughter really wanted this silhouette/cut and loves the cut but the fabric is similar to swimsuit fabric. It's weird - and I can't imagine it being very breathable. In addition, after just one wear (to school) and one wash, it has already gripped and rolls off. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're dressing up and plan on only wearing it a few times (with leggings).

Pros

This shirt is so beautiful! Well made and true to size.

Cons

Does not run true to size and the instructions say to try on by hand which is not ideal for children's clothing.
