I received the mattress topper and put it on the full size bed. It was obvious they sent me a full or queen size instead, so I returned the product for a full refund. However, I had the opportunity to inspect the product. First, the bags are definitely not 21-inch bags. While one of the drawings clearly shows the bottom layer of a hard material (probably, hopefully) like foam, it's just a mattress pad with pillows, not a foam layer as the drawing suggests. My proposition. is that it provides a small cushion but quickly shrinks and is of no real help to the sleeper. I'm deducting a few stars mainly because the pictures are misleading, the description is wrong and I was sent the wrong size which is bad for order fulfillment. I ended up spending triple and buying the correct foam pad. If you're looking for something that will add a little softness when you first go to bed, this might be a good choice for you. For example, I have no doubt that this will increase the "elegance" of a bed in a B&B or inn, but it won't really provide a significant increase in comfort.
