The support team is very helpful, they listen carefully with their clients needs in mind ensuring we maximise our opportunities for success by meeting them where it matters most! There isn't anything I dislike about working here as such but there could be more communication between teams which would improve productivity across all departments - this has been discussed though so hopefully will see improvement soon :) Ensure you get good advice from HR & Sales when selecting your Account Manager/Team Leader (AP).
If not ensure at least 2-3 interviews before deciding who should lead / manage each account individually or regionally if applicable. This ensures everyone gets what's best suited both personally AND organisation wide.
