I like that the volume control is 85 and there is no button. I've had kids headphones with a button to change the volume from 85 to 92. A higher setting was too loud. These headphones are smaller and not as bulky as other kids headphones I have. The port is also protected. The reason I bought a new pair of kids headphones was because my second headphone jack kept falling out and then the video played out loud and when you pushed it back into the video it stopped.
