I have been buying Nutro Kitten dry food for almost three years. I started when we brought a kitten into our home in 2014 and didn't stop when she was an adult. I have raised three kittens with it and they all love it. When we brought the first kitten home I bought him this, but the pieces are so small I realized this completely solves another problem. At that time we had a 16 year old cat who had most of his teeth removed. . She only had 3 teeth in the last 4 years of her life and this kitten food was a real find. All her life she loved kibble, and when she didn't have teeth to chew, she just swallowed it whole. As you can imagine, things went wrong several times and I constantly worried that one day she would choke on her food. This kitten food is small - it's made for kittens, after all - smaller than most adult cat foods. The pieces are about twice the size of a large grain of cooked brown rice. We switched her to it and I no longer had to worry about her choking on her food again. Our new kitten has grown up and we brought another kitten with us but even though we only had adult cats I still bought this food for our old lady.
