I just washed it upon receipt (haven't worn it yet, gentle cycle shouldn't damage anything) and there is a tear in the fabric along the bottom edge. Either it happened that way, or it's of such poor quality that it won't even withstand a gentle cycle in the washing machine. Either way, very unimpressive quality and it should be noted in the description that it appears to need to be hand washed. The cut isn't very successful, but not bad for flowing swimwear. Very light and transparent. I probably wouldn't buy again for quality reasons and it would be too transparent.
