Review on ETROL Camping Hammock with Mosquito Net: Double & Single Upgrade 3 in 1 Function for Indoor and Outdoor Hiking, Patio Travel – Includes 2 Tree Straps, 2 Carabiners, 2 Aluminium Bent Poles by Brent Henderson

Love it but haven't used it in a week and the straps are already coming loose from the grommets where the tent poles attach to three of the four grommets. I've emailed Etrol support and will update this review if they get it right. I probably don't even have 4 hours of use yet. updated 08/11/20. Upgrading my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Etrol replied to my email and sent me a new hammock at no additional cost. Above average customer service, they seem to really care about the quality of their products. I've been using the new hammock for about the same amount of time as the previous one and the straps holding the jacks seem secure. If they start to come loose like the last one I will update this review. A note: when I disassembled the first hammock and pulled out the tent poles, some of the poles were permanently bent. Some tent poles retained a "memory" of the curvature they adjusted. I was still able to pack my rods back in my bag and put everything back in my pannier. This is not a problem for me as I only wanted to use my hammock in the garage. I don't think I would care if I went camping with a hammock, but if I went camping I would buy something else simply because this hammock is a special "hammock hammock". Some people have noticed protruding threads/edges fraying inside the hammock. I've seen the same thing with both of the hammocks that were sent to me, but they cut easily and are always outside the seams. If I have any loose seams or seams I'll update this review, but to be honest I don't expect any problems - again I've only spent half a dozen hours in each hammock so far. In my original hammock I also had a few pinholes in the bottom of the hammock, the new one didn't have any. We are storing a hammock with tent poles installed. We simply detach one end and attach it to the other for wall storage (shown).
