Easy way managing processes without having many employees

What I like most about QUANTTRL is how easy it makes our process management by giving us more control over the flow within a project. Since all projects are now managed online from any location we need help with and get great insights into what our customers really want. The new update system needs some improvement. There has been an increasing delay between updates which sometimes make us think everything got lost during this time but only recently they started fixing issues related to synchronization when moving pages from one version to another. Sometimes there will be situations were you have to wait long before you receive answers when asking questions. You cannot see real progress if something goes wrong with the solution so tracking down these events was quite hard at first. There should not have been any problems since we had proper support.We solve customer issues regarding work performance and employee development. I like that I can create workflows in no time. I also like that the user interface is very simple and easy to use. I think the price for the software is a little expensive considering how limited the functionality is. I would recommend that you check out the free trial and see if it fits your needs. I use it to automate tasks that I am not able to do myself. I can use it to check tasks off my to-do list and get them out of my mind.
