Broke the SD card in half.
I bought this to organize all my micro SD cards and SIM cards when I travel as they can get lost very easily. The only SD card I kept in this organizer showed an error message right away, so I figured it was a reformatting issue. The next time I removed it I saw a line down the middle from the angle required to insert/remove. Upon closer inspection of this line, I realized that this was a continuous crack and the card just fell apart. I lost amazing footage and memories that I will never get back :(
