Review on πŸͺ‘ GDF Studio Elizabeth Button-Tufted Recliner Arm Chair in Dark Blue Fabric by Courtney Johnson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I don't know what everyone else bought but this chair is great.

So I don't usually write reviews here but thought I should as it was clearly hit and miss on my part based on other reviews of this chair. Above all, I feel like a lot of people have no idea what they are buying. This is not a chair that looks like a chair with armrests. This is a chair with a headrest that reclines. It's not going to be a big soft marshmallow for a lazy boy. This is a solid, durable chair that is comfortable to sit and recline on. You lean back by pushing your arms forward and leaning back. This isn't a rocket operation. Second, it's a durable chair. I don't know how some people ended up wobbling, but mine didn't budge an inch after putting everything together. This took about 20 minutes. You put the legs on, flip them over and carry the base where you want it, then screw the wings onto the detached backrest and lower it onto the base. Boom. The chair is assembled. Third, I am 6ft 3cm and weigh 220 pounds. This chair didn't sag when I sat on it. I can sit back, raise my legs properly and tilt my head back. A pillow may be nice, but I don't need it. People wrote that the chair is small. In the photo I uploaded, he's sitting in my office next to an antique chair that I threw in until I installed and tried out the first chair. As you can see, the new one is actually bigger. Fourth, no mistakes. I would probably burn down my apartment. Verdict: So far this chair is actually pretty good. I was expecting a mediocre offering that would last a year or two at most, but it feels solidly made and quite heavy. Even the rear feels solid despite being so light. I'll be ordering a second one to replace the old fender and make a set to match and as I have other places in the apartment to have sex where kids won't run and jump on it I'm sure they will will last a long time.
