I bought this to have some headroom to see over the handlebars. LAUGH OUT LOUD. So reinforcement. It offers it; However, it's a bit heavy on tush. I used to buy a gel pillow, but its height was not enough. So now I use both this roller and the gel roller on top of it. This cushion fits my contoured Subaru seat and stays in place. The gel pad over it slips a bit when I get in and out of the car. This is the gel cushion I use: SESEAT gel seat cushion non-slip breathable honeycomb for chair office car wheelchair gel seat cushion.
