StrengthTape's Horrible Experience With Their Customer Service

My experience with StrengthTape's customer service was absolutely terrible when I was a consumer of the company. I made a purchase on their website of a brace, but it did not fit me correctly, so I contacted their customer service team to inquire about making a return or exchanging it for a different size. Unfortunately, I was greeted with responses that were both impolite and unhelpful from their representatives. They gave no indication that they were interested in helping me with my problem and were contemptuous of my worries. It was abundantly obvious that they did not place a priority on the happiness of their customers. In addition, their return policy is extremely stringent, which makes it virtually impossible to get a refund or exchange for an item purchased from them. It appeared as though they were making an effort to make it as challenging as they could for me to return the merchandise. My time spent with StrengthTape was, on the whole, not nearly as satisfying as I had hoped it would be. My experience with their limited return policy and unsatisfactory customer service have left me with a negative perception of their business, and as a result, I would not suggest them to anyone who is in the market for medical supplies or equipment.
