Review on MaxGear by Bill Pool
I was looking forward to trying out some MaxGear office supplies, however I was let down by the quality of the materials I received. The pens I bought dried up in a matter of days, and the desk organizers I bought fell apart after only a few weeks.
I tried to contact their customer service department for help, but they were completely unhelpful and inattentive. It was annoying that I had to solve these problems without any help from management. MaxGear's items are cheap, but they aren't worth it because to poor quality control and service. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to find the tools I needed to better organize my workstation among their offerings. Based on my experience, I would not suggest using MaxGear. Their items could be promising, but I won't be buying from them again until I see marked improvements in their quality assurance and support services.
