Not stainless steel
The description says it's stainless steel and chrome. Chrome is chrome plated plastic, which is fine, but the reason I bought them is because the description led me to believe the stamped metal base was stainless steel. It's not stainless steel, it's regular sheet steel that will rust over time. Stainless steel mounting screws but not the base. If I had known that, I would have bought a cheaper device.
