These glasses are really light and comfortable. My previous favorites stopped making blue light blockers, so I had to switch. I tried several options before settling on this one. If you work at the computer all day, blue light blocking is a MUST; I couldn't believe the difference it made when I started using them a few years ago. I have ordered several of these glasses in different strengths for different uses. The quality seems consistent and I highly recommend it.
