The bed arrived well packaged and in good condition. Everything is numbered and numbered and it was very easy to put together. My daughter and I put it together in 45 minutes. We had to unbox a few parts but that was our fault for not looking at the direction. Could have been done in 30 minutes. The only downside to the bed is that my mattress keeps sliding on the bed. Not that bad, but slips. If I had a heavier memory foam mattress, this might not be the case. I'll try friction tape on the support rails or maybe try to find something that can be glued to the side rails to hold the mattress in place. It feels very sturdy and looks good in the room.
