Very hard on the large muscles of the legs, thighs and buttocks.
I bought this brush as a set with a soft bristled dry brush to use after the shower. This brush is ideal for dry cleaning the skin on the legs, stomach and buttocks. Dry brushing really improves blood flow to the skin and helps nourish the skin. Always apply in short strokes towards the heart to wake up the skin. I use a softer brush on my arms, chest and neck where the skin is more sensitive. The combination of brush textures is excellent for a hydrotherapy treatment. This brush is only suitable for dry cleaning!
