My bed used to creak so badly that even a slight push on one side of the frame made it sound like someone had just had the best night of their life, so when I received them and they worked, i can't tell you how good they are. I would suggest if you have heavy furniture to put at the foot end of the bed or anything else you need to do as pulling either side really helps. I struggled at first to get it to work, but it could just be that I wasn't looking in any direction. Great product, I can only recommend it
