These door locks do a great job of preventing the handles from opening. You have to make sure you mount it close to the base of the doorknob (like I did in the picture, not in the video) otherwise it will be harder to grab the real handle when you need to open it. I had to rearrange some of the ones I had installed, but since they weren't fully installed yet I was able to easily rearrange them without damage. Slightly unfavorable angle for opening the locking part. You kind of have to twist your wrist to get it, but that's really the only way they work, so it definitely takes some getting used to. They did a great job of keeping our little one from opening all the doors. . Never leave it in the locked position when open or you will be locked in the room when the door closes which almost happened to us. Overall a great product and works well if you happen to have doorknobs!
