Great wedge pillow, just what I needed. I've had back and shoulder problems sleeping flat and it was a great alternative to sleeping in a chair. Holds its shape all night, won't wrinkle or crease. The "gel" also prevents me from getting too hot at night like some pillows do. I can maneuver myself into a sleeping position even on a small side and still feel very comfortable. Arrived in a vacuum bag, rolled up like a log. It took shape as soon as I opened it and I was able to use it that same night. No weird smells so you don't have to worry about "gassing" like some memory foam products do. I would recommend this pillow to everyone.
