I think they are normal
I would rate them just OK. The sock itself is fine, but definitely shrinks enough that I would go up a size. The ruffle is beautiful, but it is not sewn at the joins of the edges and can sometimes pucker when worn.

- Cute simple socks for girls. Fits my daughter's shoe size 7C. A little big but still cute and trendy
- Too small and the material is too stiff to stretch.
