Disappointing but doable (updated)

I'm giving 3 stars which means I won't be returning it but I wouldn't say I'm happy with it. I bought this to move my two 27 inch monitors out of my desk to free up space as they double as a desk. One of these is the Apple Thunderbolt display, which weighs in at 10.5kg, which is well above the weight limit of most manipulator systems but below the rating of this one. The heavy monitor wobbles when I type, even on my sturdy door desk. It also has trouble staying upright, I really had to rotate the attachment point to keep it from constantly leaning forward. I'll live with it, but I'm not happy with it. Also, there are no leveling tabs which I've seen on other arm setups. I am also disappointed with the geometry of the arms when the table hits a wall they push the monitors very far away from the table. I have a 36 inch deep desk so I can take advantage of all the extra space. I haven't figured out how to put my two monitors side by side without a minimum distance of 19" from the wall, which is pretty ridiculous. They'll move even further if you push them far apart or if you actually lift them. high, but none of them are particularly ergonomic. I don't really get much desk space because they're pushed so far forward, which is a shame even though there's plenty of room underneath. I think these are designer desks with a lot of free space behind them. Finally, the cable management is good, it can accommodate 3-4 thick cables per arm, which is enough for the basics. I appreciate the two USB 3 ports, but wish they included a real hub instead of 2 extenders. Monitors move and rotate easily despite their weight. Assembly was trivial and all tools included. up to 1. The arm simply does not support the specified weight. Both my heavy and light r monitors are constantly sagging, tilting and generally shifting, so it's not just because I have a heavy monitor. Every time I go to my desk I have to spend a few minutes adjusting and re-tightening everything, it's annoying. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
