Relaxing Hand Massager

If you can't go to a spa, bring a spa to your home! I was so pleased with our RENPHO products (scale and great chair massager) that I decided to try the hand/wrist massager as well. There are 3 of us at home so I figured it was worth spoiling yourself as we are all cooped up. It's oddly refreshing, especially after a day at the computer. I also do a lot of yoga at home so my wrists get a workout too, and a handheld massager works well for this. It creates rhythmic (and/or random) compression, vibration and heat. You can put your hand in it, let it run, and then walk around with it! It surprised me and I wouldn't normally use it but it works for 15 minutes at a time and if you need to get up for something you can do it, it's totally portable! When fully charged, it easily massaged, vibrated, and heated both of the three of us hands as it charged (that's six times). My husband and I love it, but our daughter loves it less. Even the lowest intensity she finds too much. But there is a separate finger massager (non-electric) that comes with it and she LOVES it! Neither of us had severe arm pain or fatigue so can't say it was a game changer or anything, but it was a fun little toy. The photos show what my hand/wrist looked like after the highest intensity so you can see where everything is being massaged.
