In a nutshell, it works. Here's my experience: I've had this shampoo for 9 days now. To give you an idea of my situation, I have a lot of dandruff. I may have psoriasis, but I've never been medically diagnosed with it. It was at that moment that the flakes just fell like snow. I know it's tough It was also the point where, instead of just scratching myself, I used to scrape off the small patches of skin that had accumulated on my head, mostly on the back of my head. It was clearly not good. I learned to live with it for a while until I finally decided to make an appointment with a dermatologist to have it checked out. Well I had to wait about a month for an appointment and it took about a week before I decided to take a look. Some shampoos and came across this one. I read some reviews and thought it was worth a try. I'm not kidding when I tell you that once is enough to feel the difference. I was very surprised because I didn't think it would work. The smell isn't even that bad, I don't know what people are complaining about there. But I didn't feel the urge to itch. The flakes are almost gone. It was unrealistic. I'm in a much better mood. What I will note and my recommendations: People complain that the packaging was terrible. I will say the shampoo came in an extra plastic bag in the box but it was fine. I would recommend filling your palm with shampoo and using that amount in one wash. The shampoo foams a lot. I spread it over my head and massaged my scalp with my fingertips. I would leave it on for about 8 minutes before rinsing it off. The shampoo is also more watery than other shampoos. Results: much less itching, much less dandruff, my hair feels drier, almost frizzy which is ironic but nice for me. It also contributed to my more positive mood. It is absolutely worth the money and I will continue to buy it. I canceled a visit to the dermatologist because of this shampoo. It really is life changing, or at least for now. I mostly shower every day and skip a day or two of showers and feel a little itchy the second day but showering always improves for the rest of the day and most of the next. Thank you for reading.
