KerKoor Online Store: My Disappointing Experience

When it comes to buying materials for DIY home improvement projects, I frequently turn to online retailers. After hearing nothing but praise for KerKoor's product variety and affordable rates, I finally decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, I had a terrible time working with KerKoor. To begin with, I had trouble navigating the site, and it took me some time to locate the items I needed. I wasted a lot of time looking for what I wanted because the categories were so disorganized. When I did track down the goods I sought, I discovered that they were more expensive than I had thought. Other online retailers offered the same items for substantially lower prices. I was taken aback by the prohibitively expensive shipping options after finalizing my purchase. Since I was not made aware of this prior to making the purchase, I feel as though I was mislead. Some of the products had been broken during transportation, which was a major letdown when my purchase finally came. I tried getting in touch with KerKoor's customer support right away, but they responded slowly and didn't seem too concerned about my problem. The things I received were also of low quality. I was not thrilled with the tools' performance or how sturdy they seemed. Some of the products I ordered had to be returned, and the return process was tedious and difficult. Overall, dealing with KerKoor was a huge letdown for me. The website was confusing to use, the pricing were too high, the delivery was expensive, and the quality of the goods was low. If you're searching for high-quality, low-priced tools and supplies for your DIY home improvement tasks, I wouldn't go near KerKoor.
