I have been wearing this sauna waist trainer for about 1 month now and I have already begun to see a difference. It definitely does it's job in regards to making me sweat as both my back, stomach area and thighs are soaked when I am done with my 45 minute walk. My only critique is that the thigh trimmer part doesn't always stay securely in place when walking and has to be readjusted. Other than that, so far this has been a very good product and I would recommend it to anyone.
