Not for me on bedding
I think I really don't understand how this pillow works and I don't have much time to invest in it. When it arrived the pillow was like a tall cement block with two ear cutouts. I can't imagine how anyone can sleep comfortably on such a high or hard pillow. I removed some of the memory foam, but then couldn't line up the zippers properly to close the lid to fit snugly against the remaining foam. I don't want to bother with the return. However, this pillow will not help my CNH.
