Great skillet but watch the temperature
These are good pans and I use the rack with a smaller pan to cook bacon in the oven. But be warned - the temperature limit is 450 degrees - if you use it under a grill it will "deform" a bit and the corners will lift up and not stay flat. So it's fine to use it for regular baking of cookies and such, but don't use it under a grill. Also a plus is that it is very easy to clean if you use cooking spray when baking.
