Unmatched GaN/PD Portability

I received this 30W PD (Power) charger as an EDC item. It is convenient to carry in a pants or shirt pocket, or in the side pocket of a bag. I already had a RAVpower 45W GaN (gallium nitride) slim charger and wanted to compare them. The Anker charger is slightly less powerful, but it is also slightly smaller. It also has an LED power indicator, which RAVpower doesn't have. I've used them to charge iPhone, iPad and Nintendo Switch. Both get a little warm when charging, but that doesn't bother me. Both have foldable plugs and the USB-C port is on the bottom of both chargers. Ultimately, I think it comes down to whether you want the thinnest charger (Anker) or a little more power (RAVpower). I'll probably keep the anchor in my pocket and the RAVpower in my pocket. Both are excellent.

Pros
  • High Speed Charging: Anker Power 3.0 technology charges phones and tablets at the fastest possible speed and can fully charge a 12" MacBook in just 2 hours.
Cons
