Comfy for shape wear but it doesn’t "snatch”you that much. I can wear it without a bra which usually does not happen with my 38DDs. I’m 5’4” 160lb and ordered sm-med, it’s a tiny bit short in the torso but I think next size up would be too big. Seems like quality thick but soft fabric. It’s not a miracle but it works.
