We were very pleased with the services provided by ETE.
This was my first project with ETE and I am very happy with the service provided. They are extremely responsive and have always worked diligently to meet deadlines. If you are looking for a great team of people to help your business succeed look no further. One of the best things about them is they will provide training when it's needed and make sure everyone understands how everything works so there isn't any questions later on down the road as far as "why does this work like that". Another thing that really stands out is how professional all of their staff are from the receptionist to the admin assistant who handles customer issues.
Pros
- The models do the work.
- I can't even begin to tell you how much time I save by not having to ask someone to explain things.
Cons
- Some of the models have an error rate of over 30% and that is not acceptable.
- They are charging me $20 per month for access to ETE that is too high considering I am only using it for 1
