Beard type: Very thick and full PART: Looks like a nice packaging and case for a set, but not practical for everyday use. The products inside are stacked on top of each other and on weekdays you have to put things back to make everything fit. If you just need to use the item below, you'll need to take the items, then rearrange them and go through the whole thing. It sounds like I'm getting picky, but day by day the strain is evident. So, nice try but annoying to be honest. Good as a travel case, not an everyday case. By the way, it was damaged on the corner, but I don't consider that part of the review. WHAT'S INSIDE: BOAR BRISTLE BRUSH seems to be quite good. I have no experience with these types of brushes, but many of the bristles fell out and continue to fall out with every use. It didn't "quit" as some reviewers claim. The wooden part of the brush has a huge crack right where the logo is. I don't know if that adds "character" to the wood or if they just don't understand quality control. All I know is that I'm not impressed. Especially with a 5 star product. COMB: I used this thing out of ignorance. It pulled my hair out, but I had no experience with self-care, so I figured it was normal. I have since used a sandalwood comb and a sacred one. it is 1 star POS. Burn, BURN WITH FIRE. SCISSORS: These are mechs. There are two holes on the outside of one of the blades, nothing affects performance just another flaw in the material used, so quality control again. You may feel some resistance when cutting the hair, but they do the job with enough effort. I don't think these are the prettiest pair of scissors to be honest. OIL AND BALM: Everything seems fine. I need to use a lot more than "recommended use" but have no experience with other types. However, I will not reorder. Instead, I will be making my own mix from now on. CONCLUSION: This is a kit and from now on I will avoid them and instead assemble my own stuff so I can control the quality of each item which is IMPORTANT imo. It's ok for a set. Some of the content is decent, some is complete rubbish, balancing the rating at mediocre or an average of 3 stars. Possibly a better rating for those with a beginner beard/not full beard where the comb doesn't work that badly for them.
