I was delighted to find that it was EXACTLY the size of our old cats. I also wanted to remind buyers that the cardboard flaps on the "ends" of the interior are removable. (I can see from the photos that many of them are still intact.) Note the illustrations on the side of the box; they should be removed. Once you get the hang of it they come out easily and this gives the crampons a lot more room because they can stretch at both ends.
