I like how easy it was to create my own customized application using rapid technology. The knowledge base was also very helpful in understanding the structure of the software. I dislike that there are no tutorials for beginners. It would be nice if we could do some training on how to use rapid technology. We used the rapid tool to develop an application for our organization. There were many things that we needed the product to have which we did not have at the time. This forced us to adapt quickly which made the project a success.
