Great offer. The product has kept me really warm in the snow. However, the main zipper that runs down the middle of the outerwear broke after 3 days of use. I literally fell off on the 3rd day of skiing and unfortunately I can't close the jacket. I contacted the support team with this question, they responded very quickly! They were able to reply to my message within 6-12 hours (which was great). They sent the money back and said they would send replacements. However, it's been a few weeks since I complained and I still haven't received a replacement. I just need to find a shop to fix the zipper with the refunded money. Conclusion: Unfortunately, the item broke within a few days, but the customer service was ok because they kept their word to some extent.
