I missed the return deadline by 1 day. Don't buy this. First, one of the earbuds keeps falling out, despite the change in the size of the case inside. And every time you try to put it back it hangs on your call, I hung up on someone 10 times. But the biggest problem was that if I ever tried to speak to someone who could barely hear me, the people I called said it sounded like I was very far away and it was muffled. I am very frustrated that I missed the return window by 1 day and with all this insidious chaos you would think they would want to be a little flexible.
