The lotion still has mineral oil in it, hooray! Mineral oil is safe, non-comedogenic and moisturizing. This lotion moisturizes, just like the pink bottle of the same name once did. My dry skin is much happier. Defects. The aroma is very similar to the brand, only slightly stronger. At times the scent can be overpowering and a little funky.
