This was a great little air filter and did exactly what I needed for about 4 months. I changed the filter every 30 days as suggested and after the first change I noticed that the device font was still showing that my filter was faulty even though I had changed the filter. It didn't matter much as I kept track of when I changed it. To be honest I'm not sure when it stopped working so take it as you will because this unit is so loud but I left it on. Level 2 and didn't usually hear it because of the fan in my bedroom. I know I changed the filter on August 15th and it worked then. 3 days ago I cleaned my room and found the light was off. I unplugged and plugged back in, nothing. He's just dead. As the name suggests, it was a great little device while it worked. But I don't think it's worth the cost of the unit plus the cost of replacement filters if it breaks in less than 6 months.
