Fantastic Product and Outstanding Customer Service

The customer service that I received from this team was incredible! They were always available for questions or concerns we had about our project implementation as well their product itself (which they are constantly improving). We have not experienced any issues with elevatepoint so far - everything has been fantastic thusfar!! There really isn't anything i dislike other then maybe some of there initial training could be more in depth/specifically geared towards business owners who may need assistance getting started using elevatepoint instead if technical support staff members? But overall excellent experience working wtih them & would recommend 100%. Our organization uses elevated point primarily through Salesforce but also internally via SharePoints integration into O365 which makes communication between internal teams seamless when creating documents such sharepoints pages etc..
