Purchased to help with severe GERD. I've been using it for a few days and I want to write a review. So far I like it very much. I was skeptical because of the price and because it's "just foam". I had a 7 inch wedge for many years that cost a lot less. I struggled to get comfortable and ended up struggling with extra pillows, rolled up towels and sheets. You may be familiar with this routine. This wrap meets all my support needs and is soft (but not fluffy), cooling (but not cold) and has a soft fabric texture against my skin. The pieces hardly move in bed due to the rubber base and all pieces are the right size for my proportions (I'm 5ft 5in). In width I have more than enough space. FYI: I still slide down a bit because gravity is at work. I'm experimenting with proper knee support to minimize this. If you sleep on your side, you should also be aware that you may need to take a break when using wedges that high. Maybe others have done this work and if so I'd love to hear about it, but I've yet to figure out how to do it effectively with this system. If I remember, I'll update after a while.
