Review on Mattress JINGXUN Premium Layered Pressure by Joe Patterson

Mattress received on November 10th I have been sleeping on the floor for a few months now. I'm finally moving and able to buy a mattress and I'm buying this because of the many good reviews. Well I didn't have the same experience. Now did he arrive on time? Yes, but I left it out of the box and left it on the floor for a full 72 hours. I haven't seen it grow in 5 hours but to the length I've shown in the picture and it's actually not 7 inches. I don't know how to contact the company or Revain directly, but PLEASE HELP! This bed would be comfortable if it grew to its full size, but it isn't and I prefer to sleep on the floor. I'm pretty sure I have a defective mattress and need a new one and since it's not my fault I don't feel like I have to pay for a brand new mattress.
